Dutch Ambassador Visits Chapel Hill and Greenville, North Carolina
Highlighting the strong economic ties between the Netherlands and North Carolina, Ambassador Renée Jones-Bos visits the Tar Heel State March 28th and 29th. In Greenville, she will tour the Dutch pharmaceutical company, DSM with nearly 1,200 employees in the state. DSM is but one of many Dutch companies invested in North Carolina. With others such as KPMG and Hunter Douglas they produce strong Economic Ties supporting more than 22,000 jobs in the state. While in North Carolina, the Ambassador will also address the University of North Carolina School of Law on human rights and international law. Her visit will be completed by attending the only eastern United States performance by the Nederlands Dans Theater at the Carolina Performing Arts Center.
